It is a well known problem with the mod "FSMP - Faster HDT-SMP" Basically there is no fix right now other than downgrading to an older version like 1.41 or 1.43. But then that introduces a bug where your WHOLE character sometimes randomly goes invisible. So pick your poison, downgrade if you're going to be playing vampire. I’m so confused.
